When the tempter comes, he tempts you to doubt your son-ship. He brings trials and temptations to distract you. If you're too eager to have something like money, a spouse or to be known, it will become a source of temptation.
However, after Jesus was tempted and He overcame, the angels came and ministered to Him. This means that after the trials and temptations that come our way are past, there will be light at the end of the tunnel. But do remember that whatever stands as an idol in your heart, the devil will use as a source of temptation. Set your affections on things above not on things on the earth(col3:2). May we not see whatever it is that will make us fall by the way side. Remain Blessed!!!
Amen!...Afterall,if what we seek after includes purity of heart and hands,God's kingdom,evangelism,holiness, et al. It will be impossible for devil to pick holiness as an object of temptation. Things above.....
