After the production of a movie, movie makers do not sit down and say 'eh, when the marketers or the society is ready, they'll come look for me'. No! It doesn't work that way! If such method is adopted, they'll remain in a corner while their ideas rot away without making any impact at all.
Many youths abound in the church with gifts and talents that heaven has deposited into our lives. We sit in the congregation with very wonderful voices and very good breath control from within. Instead of joining the choir as a youth with all the strength within us, we sit there while the 'mummies and daddies" do the singing. I see so many tall young able bodied youngsters in the church too who can stand as ushers for a long time but no, we're warming the chairs rather than making an impact. Some of the attitudes and stunts we pull up for one another are so dramatic I wish some would discover that they've got the talent to be in the drama ministry and save lots of lives. God has given you the gift of acting and dramatizing convincingly, but instead of joining the drama group, you're acting up and expecting people to beg you to work for God?
It doesn't work that way! Stand up and do something! Quit being idle in your church;make an impact and that right early. We're young and full of energy and life, we should channel that into the work of Christ not unprofitable things. Let's stop using our talents to propagate the kingdom of darkness. Leaving the church isn't the solution, let's return and make it work! If you say the church is dry, then what have you contributed to make it work?What are you doing with your talent? Bring it forth; let it be birth....its long overdue. You're where you are for a purpose;have you fulfilled yours? Plus, use it constructively to the glory of God. It begins with us! Remain Blessed!!!
