INCONSISTENCY!!!

My friend needed to do her hair, so she went to her hairdresser. When she got there, the lady was very busy and told her to come the following day at 8am. 8am the next day, the lady said she's still busy but that she should come back at 2pm. By 2pm, my friend called again and the lady said 3pm. My friend couldn't take it anymore, she had to opt for another hairdresser.

Inconsistency isn't a good virtue in fact not a virtue at all! No matter how qualified for a job you might be, if you're not a person who says a thing and keeps to it, then your words will be treated with levity. Quite a number of us have said the marriage vow "to have and to hold; in sickness or in health; for richer or poorer; till death do us part", but have failed to keep to the terms of the agreement. Unfaithfulness and everything negative is what we say, do and mean. People find it hard depending on our words because when we say something, we oftentimes imply the inverse of such statements. That doesn't say well of us. Ever wondered where the term "African time" emanated from?

God will give us the grace we need to say what we mean and mean it rather than make people insinuate. God help us to be reliable and dependable. It is a lot better not saying anything than speaking and not keeping to it. I see God helping us only if we live in the consciousness of His presence with His fear resting on us. Remain Blessed!!!
